Warranty Information

Cochlear provides an extensive warranty, as well as service support.  All new processors carry a three-year warranty.  The warranty includes one free-of-charge replacement for a stolen, lost or damaged unit.

 

The cable/coil is included in the three-year warantee for the ESPrit 3G and Nucleus Freedom. Warantee on cables excludes the Bodyworn processors and the ESPrit BTE.

Processors and headsets (batteries and cables excluded) are covered under the three-year warranty.  

Implant users receive a comprehensive kit of spare cables, batteries and other accessories with their initial implant system.  These accessories, while not covered under the three-year manufacturer’s warranty, do carry a 30-day warranty from date of purchase.   Contact customer service for more information.
