Insurance support: convenience items
To find out the status of a product, search for the name of your speech processor or by product number. Open the PDF file and click on the binocular icon to search. Enter the item, catalog number or name of your speech processor and click 'find'. If the product is not found then your item is not considered a convenience item. If the product is found, then check the columns to verify if the item is convenience or not.
